Land off Harper Lane, Radlett

A planning application on land to the east and south of Harperbury Park has been submitted by Bloor Homes.
The proposal comprises of:

An outline scheme for residential development, (up to 200 dwellings), community building, associated works including infrastructure, blue and green infrastructure and landscaping/drainage attenuation; and
-
A full application for a new Bowls Club and new Football Club facility including car parking
and access.
The proposals have been prepared in line with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF - December 2024).
The scheme reflects the Golden Rules (NPPF paragraph 156) and includes:

Affordable housing – 50% of the dwellings proposed will be delivered as affordable homes;

Local infrastructure improvements; and
-
New and improved green spaces.
The application site straddles the district boundary, and the planning application has been submitted to
St. Albans City and District Council and Hertsmere Borough Council simultaneously.
